Rodents in the building
Runs all year. October to December it gets busy, that is when mice and rats move into cellars, false ceilings and storage rooms.
Wasps and hornets
The first calls come in from April. Most of the work lands in September and October, by November it tails off.
Fitting bird deterrence
In principle all year. April to August is the closed season, only genuinely urgent jobs go ahead. Most of the fitting happens over the winter.
Insect screens
Season from March to the end of September. Measuring up and fitting is best done before the first warm nights.
Fall protection check
Possible all year. Peak season is December to March, so no set fails in summer.
