How quickly can you be on site in an acute case?

In the Upper Valais I am usually there the same or the next day for acute cases. I am available around the clock, weekends and public holidays included. Just call and we will work out on the phone how urgent it is.

What does a job cost?

That depends on the type and scope. I offer an assessment on site with no obligation and then give you a clear price before I start work. No surprises on the invoice.

Which regions do you cover?

The whole Upper Valais, from my base at Landstrasse 51a in Naters. From Brig-Glis and Visp through the Lötschental, the Mattertal and the Saastal to the Goms and Leukerbad. The full list of municipalities is in the service area.

Who comes out to me?

I do. RS Construction is my sole proprietorship, so you have the same point of contact from the assessment to the follow-up check. For larger jobs I work with regular partner companies.

What qualifications do you have?

I am a federally certified pest control technician. On top of that a carpenter's certificate, a lorry driver's certificate, IRATA Level 3 for rope access work and a specialisation in occupational safety. I have signed the SUVA charter.

How discreet is a job?

On request I come in an unmarked vehicle and work outside business hours. For hotels, restaurants and residential properties that often matters, and I work around it.

Do you deal with wasps and hornets too?

I remove or treat wasp nests properly, at height as well. Hornets and bees are protected, so there I look for a solution without destroying the nest first, for example relocation.

What works lastingly against pigeons on a building?

Netting, tensioned wire and spikes keep pigeons away reliably when they are fitted precisely. I look at the building envelope and choose the system that suits the construction and stands out as little as possible from below.

Do you work at height as well?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I am IRATA Level 3 qualified and install from rope or a lifting platform. Scaffolding is not needed in most cases.

Do you handle the cleaning after a bird infestation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I remove droppings and nesting material with protective equipment and dispose of everything properly before the deterrent system goes up.

Do you offer ongoing support for businesses?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For businesses with hygiene requirements I set up monitoring with fixed control points and check them regularly. You get a record you can produce during an inspection.

In which languages can I contact you?

Accepted Answer

In German, French and English. The website is available in all three languages, and so am I on the phone and on site.
