Spring Protection Zones in the Weiler Ladu
Under the building and zoning regulations (Art. 91), Hohtenn has separate usage restrictions and remediation measures for the spring protection zones in the Weiler Ladu, based on a hydrogeological report dated 20 January 2006.
With a residual facade treatment, the active ingredient covers the whole wall and can reach the soil with rain and drip water. Blanket spraying on the building is therefore not my standard approach in these zones.
Brushing and Vacuuming First
For properties in the Weiler Ladu, I first ask the municipality whether the plot lies in a spring protection zone and which restrictions apply. Otherwise, cleaning and property assessment stay the same as in my Spider treatment in Upper Valais.
